ABOUT

I am a senior product design lead based in the Washington, D.C. area, currently serving as a Product Design Manager at Guidehouse. In this role, I manage and mentor a talented UX team, overseeing the entire product design process—from initial discovery to user evaluation and scrum support throughout the development. My work focuses on creating human-centered solutions that balance user needs and business objectives in federal grants management lifecycle. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and fostering a culture of innovation within my team. With a deep understanding of user research, design thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, I strive to deliver meaningful, impactful digital experiences.
My academic background includes a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland, College Park, complemented by a second Master’s degree in Industrial Design. This multidisciplinary foundation equips me with unique insights into crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences. While completing my HCI degree, I worked as a UX researcher and designer at Phone2Action, where I continued to contribute post-graduation. My passion lies in UX research and understanding how people interact with digital products, which drives my commitment to designing solutions that not only meet user expectations but exceed them.
